Create a mini-tender 

Purpose

Create a mini-tender.

Background

You can create a mini-tender when you are logged in to RIB.

Things you need to be aware of

• If you create a tender on behalf of another company, enter their billing information when creating the tender. 
• A mini-tender cannot be created with several contacts. 

Here's how you do it

1. Follow the guide: Create a tender
2. Under "Procedure" select the mini-tender

Initial offer phase 

Purpose

Guidance on the initial tender phase in relation to start-up and completion. 

Background

You can prepare the initial tender phase once the tender has been created.

Complete the initial offer phase (and proceed to the final submission phase)

1. To complete the initial offer phase, select a result. Before selecting the result tou will encounter this pop-up where you can select; 
   • to proceed to the final delivery phase 
   • To complete the initial offer phase and not proceed to the final submission phase (NOTE: This option will end your tender and you will not be able to start the final submisssion phase afterwards).

1. After choosing one of the two options, you must choose who the winner.
   Follow if necessary this guide to making a result: Finish a tender.
2. If you selected "Continue tender"you must now set the deadlines for the final submission phase.

3. You can now access the final submission phase through the menu "Tender phases"
   
   

Final submission phase

Purpose

Guidance on the final submisson phase in relation to start-up and completion.

Background

You can start the final submission phase after the initial offer phase.
