Activate TED eForms on a Tender
Purpose
Enable TED eForms on a specific tender that has already been created.
Background
When creating a new tender, you can choose to enable TED eForms. However, if the tender is created without this option, you can easily activate the feature afterward.
Things you should be attentive to
- You must be a tender administrator to activate TED eForms.
How to
- Open the Tender
- Go to the menu "Tender information"
- Select "Tender settings"

Click the active button “Edit Tender Settings”

Under the field “Enable eForms for TED” select “Yes”

Under the field “Enable eForms for TED,” select “Yes”

A new menu item called “TED eForms” will now appear on the left side of the tender

Fill in a TED eForm
Purpose
Fill in a TED eForm for a specific tender.
Background
Once TED eForms are enabled on a tender, you can complete and publish TED eForms directly from RIB Tender.
Things you should be attentive to
- You must be a tender administrator to fill in TED eForms.

TED eForms must be enabled on your tender. See the guide above if the menu does not appear on your tender.
How to
- Open the Tender
- Go to the menu "TED eForms"
- Click "New"
- Select the language and form, then click “OK”
- You can now fill out the form as usual
- In the lower-left corner, you can save the form as a draft, validate it, and finally publish it.
If you wish to publish more than one TED e-form for your tender, this is possible: Simply repeat steps 3-6 above.
All your TED e-forms can be saved as drafts, edited and deleted as needed. NB: Once published, they cannot be changed.
