Purpose

To create a project.

Background

With a project all documents and files from a construction case can be located in one place. This way it is possible to control and coordinate the exchange of files. A project can be adjusted to all construction cases and the application supports the whole construction process. With a detailed setup of user rights, every user gets access to the material that is relevant to them. 

After the construction is finished, the whole content of the construction case will be located in the project, structured and with a full log. This will both help and save time when you are handing over the building.

Things you should be attentive to

• You can base a new project on an existing project and copy the folders, files and users into the new project. 

How to

1. Click on "Applications" in the blue toolbar
2. Choose the application "Project"
3. Click on "New project" under "Ongoing projects"
4. Type in a project name
5. Choose the structure of the project
6. Click on "Next"
7. Click  "OK"
