Purpose

Ask a question on a tender. 

Background

If you have questions about the tender material, you can ask questions via the "Q&A" module on the tender. Here you can also see all answered questions. 

Things you should be attentive to

• Subcontractors can not ask questions.
• If the "Questions and answers"-function isn't activated, the communication will take place external by e-mail.

How to

1. Access a tender
2. Go to the "Questions and answers" in the left side
3. Click on "New question" in the top left toolbar to ask a question to the Tender administrator
4. The question will be visible to all tenderers once the Tender administrator answers the question
5. As a Tenderer you will receive a notification, when your question is answered
