Send a message to the subcontractors

 

Purpose

Send a message to the subcontractors or bid observers.

Background

If you need to send a message to your subcontractor(s) or bid observers, you can do it through the Tender portal. 

Things you should be attentive to

• It is only the Authorized officer who can send a message

How to

1. Access a tender 
2. Click on "Company users" on the left panel. 
3. Click the button "Send message" 
4. Type in Subject and the message the choose the recipients. 
5. Click "Send"
