Invite your colleague
Purpose
Invite a colleague to a tender you have access to.
Background
If you want help from a colleague to the bidding, you can invite your colleague as a "Bid observer". As "Bid observer" it is possible to log into the Tender and download the Tender material and see the submission requirements.
Things you should be attentive to
- Bid observers can not submit an offer.
- Your colleague must have an RIB user.
How to
- Access a tender
- Select "Company users" in the left side
- Select "Add tenderer" and choose "Bid observer"
- Select the bid observer from the list of colleagues and click "OK"
Give your colleague rights to submit an offer
Purpose
make your colleague authorized officer.
Background
When you are invited to a Tender, you get the role as "Authorised officer". It is only the authorised officer who gets the opportunity to submit an offer, when all submission requirements are entered. If you want, you can transfer the role as authorised officer to a colleague.
Things you should be attentive to
- Your colleague must have an RIB user.
- There can only be one authorized officer.
How to
- Access a tender
- Select the "Company users" in the left side
- Select the "Replace authorised officer" in the blue top toolbar
- Select the user you want to transfer the rights as authorised officer to
Give a subcontractor access
Purpose
Give your subcontractors access to a tender you have access to.
Background
As a tenderer you can invite subcontractors to a tender you want to bid on. Your subcontractors will get access through a link in an email, and questions and answers will be sent continuously from the date they have been added. They don't have access with a login.
Things you should be attentive to
- You have to be authorized officer to be able to invite subcontractors.
- The tender administrator can deactivate the subcontractor function.
How to
- Access a tender
- Select "Company users" in the left side
- Select "Add tenderer" and select "Add subcontractor"
- Enter the name and e-mail of the subcontractor and click "OK"
