Submit an offer
Purpose
Submit an offer for a tender you participate in.
Background
A submission can consist of both submission requirements and supplementary files. Both depend on how the tender administrator has set up the tender. You can not submit your offer before all submission requirements are answered. If there is no requirements, all files must be uploaded by supplementary files.
Things you should be attentive to
- Remember to submit ahead of time.
- You have submitted your offer correctly when you have received a receipt for delivery by email.
- It is only users with the role "Authorized officer" who can submit an offer.
How to
- Access a Tender
- Click on "Tender offer submission"
- Upload the document(s) and enter the data to submit your offer
- When you've uploaded/entered the last submission offer a pop up window will open where you get the opportunity to click "OK" after the submission
- You can also submit your offer later by clicking "Submit tender offer"
Withdraw an offer
Purpose
Withdraw an offer you have submitted in a tender.
Background
You can easily withdraw an offer that you have already submitted. When you withdraw, you can change your offer and resubmit.
Things you should be attentive to
- You can not change your offer when the tender is completed.
- It is only users with the role "Authorized officer" who can submit an offer.
How to
- Access a tender
- Go to "Tender offer submission" in the left side
- Click on "Withdraw tender offer" and afterwards click "OK"
- The submitted offer is now removed and can be uploaded and submitted digitally
