Tenderer - Fill out the ESPD

Purpose

Fill out an ESPD.

Background

As a tenderer you can fill out the ESPD-formula directly in the Tender. You can do that through the submission requirement that the Tender administrator has created. 

Things you should be attentive to

• You must be the authorized officer to be able to submit the ESPD.
• If you need to enable the option for your subcontractors to submit the ESPD - Follow the guide here under subcontractors.

How to

1. Access a Tender
2. Go to "Submit an offer" 
3. Click on the submission requirement "ESPD" 
4. Select "Upload ESPD Response" or "Create an ESPD Response"
5. Fill out the ESPD-formula
6. Finally click on "Export

Tenderer - Upload ESPD documentation

Purpose

Upload ESPD documentation after the submission deadline of a Tender or Prequalification.

Background

The tender administrator can activate a feature so that you as the applicant/tenderer can upload the ESPD documentation after the submission deadline. 

Things you should be attentive to

• This feature must be enabled by an administrator before you can upload ESPD documentation.
• You will receive an email notification if you need to upload ESPD documentation. 

How to

1. Once you have received a notification to upload the ESPD documentation, you must open the tender/prequalification
2. Go to the menu "ESPD documentation" 
3. Enter any comments and upload relevant files
4. Click "Save"

Subcontractor - Fill out the ESPD

Purpose

Activate and complete subcontractor ESPD.

Background

As a subcontractor you can fill out ESPD through RIB. The tenderer who invited you needs to select "Yes" to point C in the ESPD-formula. Afterwards it will be possible for the tenderer to send the ESPD in an email, where you can fill out the formula and send it back. Follow the guide below.

• As a subcontractor, you have access to the tender via emails. 

How to

Tenderer: Activate ESPD for the subcontractor

1. Tenderer starts by setting point C to "Yes" in the ESPD-formula. See this screenshot, the guide will continue below: 
   
2. Afterwards the tenderer can click "Request" to forward the ESPD to the subcontractor. See this screenshot, the guide will continue below:: 
   

Subcontractor: Fill out an ESPD

1. The subcontractor will receive an email with a link to fill out the ESPD. Send the response back to the bidder by clicking the "Send response to the bidder" button on the last screen of the form. See this screenshot, the guide will continue below:
2. When the tenderer received the filled out ESPD from the subcontractor as an XML file, they can upload it in the submission requirement under "Upload" See this screenshot:
