Unsubscribe a tender as a tenderer

Purpose

Unsubscribe a tender as a tenderer.

Background

If you don't want to submit an offer to a tender your company has been invited to, you can unregister your company from the tender.

Things you should be attentive to

• It is only users with the role "Authorized officer" who can unsubscribe a company from a tender.

How to

1. Access the tender
2. Go to "Company users" in the left side
3. Select "Remove user" in the blue top toolbar
4. Select the "Entire tendering company including all users" and click "OK"

Purpose

Remove access from the tender

Background

If you no longer want access to the tender, you can unsubscribe. 

Things you should be attentive to

• If you have trouble finding the invitation, search for "Access to tender specification documents granted" or the TN-number
• As a alternative, ask the authorized officer for a new invitation. 

How to

1. Open the email invitation you received
2. Click on the link. 
3. Click on the button "Remove access from tender" 
4. Type in your E-mail and click "Ok"
