API keys

Purpose

Create API keys to export project data to external programs.

Background

An API key is a code that can be used for accessing project data for external programs. 

Things you should be attentive to:

• The API key is only shown once for security reasons. 
• If  you delete an API key, the code will no longer be used for exporting data. 

How to

Create an API key

1. Go to the menu "Administration" in the left corner
2. Select the tab "Company accounts"
3. Select a company account
4. Go to the tab "API keys"
5. Click "Create new API key"
6. Enter a name for the API key
7. Select the projects, you want to export data from
8. Click "Create"
9. Click "Copy" - NB: When you close this window, you will not be able to downloade the code again
