Export a report

 

Purpose

Download a report with tasks or registrations from a Connex Project. 

Background

You can download a report with all or selected tasks or registrations from a Connex Project.

Things you should be attentive to

• Your report can only contain tasks that you have rights to see.
• You can download a report with either tasks, registrations from checklists or registrations from QA plans.
• The report can take longer to generate if you include attached files - especially if there's a lot of files and photos.

How to

1. Open a Connex Project
2. Click "Reports" in the menu to the left
3. Click "Generate report"
4. Choose if you want a rapport of "Tasks", "Checklists" or "QA plans".
5. Enter the name of the report and a description - select language, logo and colour. 
6. Use the filters to get specific tasks or registrations in the report. If you don't use filters, you'll get a full reports with all tasks you have access to. 
7. Select format
8. Select how the setup of the content.
9. Finish and generate report.
