Create a QA plan

Manage quality assurance digitally with QA plans in Connex.

You can create plans for QA and attach control subjects, and everything can be setup exactly how you want it.

Open your Connex Project
Go to the module "Project administrator"
Select the menu "QA plans"
Click the button "Create plan"
Enter a name
Select a category or create your own
Select a discipline or create your own
Click the button "Create"
Open your created plan and add a section
Enter the name of the section and click "Create"
Click the three dots and select "Add control subject"
Enter a name on the control subject and click "Create"
After this you can do the following;
- Click the three dots next to each control subject you create to customize the registration fields on the control subject.
- Enter extent, acceptance criteria and method, by clicking the fields next to each control subject
- Grant access by assigning a user group to the QA plan on the right.

Create a registration on a control subject in a QA plan.

It's easy and quick to create registrations on a control subject that belongs to a QA plan - Both on PC and in the Connex Mobile App.

Via PC (see mobile below)

Open your Connex Project
Go to the menu "QA plans"
Select a plan and a control subject
Click "Add registration"
Enter the data in the registration and finish with "Save" og "Close registration"

Via mobil

Open the Connex Mobile App
Open your Connex Project
Click "QA"
Select a plan
Select a control subject
Click the "+" to create a registration
Enter the data in the registration and click the button in the bottom right corner to close the registration (you can also save the registration by clicking save in the upper right corner).
