Status of registrations (2-way)
Purpose
Get an overview of the different types of status a registration on a 2-way list can have.
Background
On a 2-way list, a registration can be sent back and forth between two levels.
1st Level (most often Construction Manager/Consultant) can use the following statuses:
- Awaiting - The registration is sent down to the 2nd level. (Eg when a defect is created and sent from Advisor to Contractor)
- Approved - The registration is approved and closed. (Eg when a defect has been rectified and approved by the Adviser)
- Rejected - The registration is sent down to the 2nd level. (Eg when a defect has been rectified, but the Adviser does not accept the work)
2nd Level (most often Contractor) can use the following statuses:
- Completed - The registration is sent up to the 1st level. (Eg when the contractor has carried out / rectified a defect)

Purpose
Get an overview of the different types of status a registration on a 3-way list can have.
Background
On a 3-way list, a registration can be sent back and forth between three levels.
1st Level (most often Construction Manager/Consultant) can use the following statuses:
- Draft - The registration will be at the 1st level. (Eg when Counselor creates a defect that needs to be changed later)
- Awaiting - The registration is sent down to the 2nd level. (Eg when the Adviser sends a defect down to the General Contractor)
- Approved - The registration is approved and closed. (Eg when a defect has been rectified and approved by the Adviser)
2nd Level (most often General Contractor) can use the following statuses:
- Draft - The registration will be at the 2nd level. (Eg when General Contractor creates a defect that needs to be changed later)
- Awaiting - The registration is sent down to the 3rd level. (Eg when the Main Contractor sends a defect to the Subcontractor)
- Completed - The registration is sent up to the 1st level. (Eg when the General Contractor approves the Subcontractor's execution of the defect)
- Rejected - The registration is sent down to the 3rd level. (For example, when the General Contractor rejects the Subcontractor's execution of the defect)
3rd Level (most often Subcontractor) can use the following statuses:
- Completed - The registration is sent up to the 2nd level. (Eg when the Subcontractor has rectified a defect)
- Rejected - The registration is sent up to the 2nd level. (Eg when the Subcontractor believes that it is not they who must rectify the defect)
Change the status of a registration
Purpose
Change the status of a registration that is assigned to you.
Background
You can change the status of a registration that is assigned to you. Administrators can change the status of all registrations.
When you change status, you can add a status comment, as well as attach a file.
How to
- Open your Capture List
- Go to the "Registrations" menu
- Click "Add"
- Select a registration
- Go to the "Data" tab and change the status
- Enter if necessary a comment and attach a file
- Click "Save"
Who is responsible for the registration now? (3-way)
Purpose
Get an overview of who is responsible for a registration on a 3 way list.
Background
If you want an overview of where a registration has been and who is responsible for it now, select the registration and click on the "Status log" tab. Here you can see a text called "New owner" and who owns it.
You can also look at the column "Owner" in the overview.
