Create a registration
Purpose
Create registrations on your Capture List.
Background
Create registrations for defects or deficiencies you have found on the construction site, and send them to the construction manager.
Things you should be attentive to
- You must have access to a Capture List in order to create registrations.
- If you are an observer, you will not be able to create registrations.
How to
- Open your Capture List
- Select the "Registrations" menu
- Click "Add"
- Fill in the fields and location in the right side menu
- Go to the "Files" tab if you want to attach photos or documents
- Finish with "Save"
Delete/restore registrations
Purpose
Delete and restore registrations on a Capture List.
Background
As an administrator, you can delete registrations and recover deleted registrations.
Things you should be attentive to
- Only the administrator can delete and restore registrations.
- Registrations cannot be completely removed from a Capture List - they will be under the "Deleted registrations" tab and are only available to administrators.
How to
Delete a registration
- Open your Capture List
- Select the "Registrations" menu
- Select a registration
- Click "Delete"
- Click "OK"
Restore a deleted registration
- Open your Capture List
- Select the "Registrations" menu
- Click the "Deleted registrations" tab
- Select a registration
- Click "Restore"
- Click "OK"
Mass edit registrations
Purpose
Edit data for multiple registrations at the same time on a Capture List.
Background
If you need to make many similar changes for multiple registrations on a Capture List, you can bulk edit them.
Things you should be attentive to
- You only need to change in the fields you want to bulk edit. Leave all other fields blank.
How to
- Open your Capture List
- Select the "Registrations" menu
- Select multiple registrations with CTRL or Shift
- Go to the data field and make the changes that need to be repeated
- Finish with "Save"
Filter registrations
Purpose
Create an overview of your registrations with filtering.
Background
The overview shows all registrations that you as a user have been involved in. But filters you can create an overview. You can filter in one or more fields at the same time, and save your selected filtering.
How to
Filter fields
- Open your Capture List
- Select the "Registrations" menu
- Hover over the field for a column and click on the small arrow pointing down
- Hover over "Filter" and select the data you want to display
- Filter if necessary. several fields at a time
Save filter
- Filter registrations
- Click on the "Options" function
- Select "Save filter as ..."
- Enter a name for your filter and click "OK"
- You can now select the filter in the drop down menu "Filter"
