Notifications

Purpose

Make changes to your Capture notification settings.

Background

Notifications are sent to users on a Capture List within 3 hours when the "Status" field is changed - Eg when new registrations are created.

You can change your notification settings on the individual lists you have access to.

Things you should be attentive to

• Both you and administrators can change your notification settings.

How to

1. Open your Capture List
2. Go to the "Users" or "Organisation" menu
3. Find your user/Find the user you want to change notification settings on - Click on the user
4. Select or deselect notifications from the list
5. Finish with "OK"
