Purpose
You can customise how many notifications you receive from your RIB applications and how often, to suit your needs.
Notifications can be adjusted in several places, both generally and more programme-specifically.
Things to be aware of
A distinction is made between Notifications and Messages:
- Notifications are automated messages about changes to files and settings.
- Messages are messages sent to you or to a group you are part of.
General settings
- Log in to www.rib-software.dk
- Click on the ‘Personal area’ tab in the blue toolbar
- Select ‘My settings’ from the menu on the left
- Click on the blue ‘Edit’ button
- Find ‘Notifications as e-mail’
- Select how often you want to receive notifications or turn them off completely.
- If you select ‘Yes’, notifications will be sent as soon as possible.
Notifications in Project
1. Access the project.
2. As a user: Click on “Personal overviews” and then “Project settings.”
As an administrator: Click on “Project administration” and then on “Users” and select the desired user.
3. Check or uncheck boxes to customize the notifications.
