Forgotten password

Purpose

Create a new password for your RIB user.

Background

If you forgot your password or your username, you are able to send yourself an email with your username and the possibility to create a new password. 

Things you should be attentive to

• You need access to your email account, to create a new password. 
• Remember to check your spam inboxes if you think you haven't received your email. 

How to

1. Open your browser and go to www.rib-software.eu.com
2. Click "Log in" in the top right corner
3. Click "Forgotten username/password" 
4. Enter your e-mail address and click "Request new password"  
5. Check your mail inbox and open the email from RIB with the subject "Forgotten user information"
6. Your username will be shown in the email and below this, there will be a link to change your password. Click "Click here to change your password"
