Setup your notification settings for a specific project
Purpose
Set up your email notification settings for specific projects in Connex.
Background
You can set up your notifications for a specific Connex project according to different settings. The following settings can be selected:
- Default: Receive email notifications immediately as changes happen.
- 3-Hour Intervals: Get updates at specified times throughout the day (2 AM, 5 AM, 8 AM, 11 AM, 2 PM, 5 PM, 8 PM, 11 PM).
- Daily: Receive a summary email every day at 6 AM.
- Weekly: Get a weekly summary every Monday at 6 AM.
- None: Opt-out of notifications entirely.
Things you should be attentive to
- For the 3-hour, daily, and weekly options, you will receive a summary email detailing all task changes since your last notification.
- Notifications regarding reports and invitations will be sent immediately, regardless of the option selected.
How to
- Log in to Connex and go to the “My projects” tab at the top.
- Click the three dots next to the project you want to set up email notifications.
- Select the setting you want for your project.
- Finish with “Save”.

If you experience that emails from Connex ends up in the spam folder and not in your email inbox, you can contact your IT department and ask them to whitelist the following IP-addresses on your email server.
