Add a user

Purpose

Add a user to a Digital Handover.

Background

As an administrator of a Digital Handover, you can invite users and assign the following roles; 

• Administrator -Can add users and edit everything in a Digital Handover.
  
• Building owner - Has observer role. Can approve a final completed Digital Handover.
  
• Observer - Has observer role at administrator level. Can see everything but not edit. 
• Quality controller - Can only see and review components. 
• Approver -Can only see and approve/review components.
• Contractor -Has access only in the contractor interface and can enter data for components. 
  

How to

1. Log in to the Digital Handover as an Administrator
2. Click on "Users"
3. Click on "Add"
4. Enter the email address or user number of the person you want to add and select "Find user"
5. When the user is found click on "Next"
6. Select the role and optionally trade(s)
7. Click "Forward"
8. If the information is correct, click "OK"
