See the status of components

Purpose

Get an overview of the status of components. 

Background

As an administrator, you can get an overview of how far contractors have progressed with entering data on components, in two different ways; Overall overview and Detailed overview.  

How to

Overall overview

1. Log in to the Digital Handover as an Administrator
2. Go to the menu "Overview"
3. Click on 'Component Statistics' 
4. NOTE: Click on the small icon (marked with a red arrow) just above the chart to break down the chart by trade. 

Detailed overview

1. Log in to the Digital Handover as an Administrator
2. Go to the menu "Statistics and reports"
3. NOTE: Under the same menu, you can download an Excel file (Trades progress) that shows which fields have been filled in for the individual components.
