Create a component

Purpose

Create a new component.

Background

Components are created to allow trade contractors to enter O&M data. 

How to

1. Log in to the Digital Handover as an Administrator
2. Go to "Components"
3. Click on "Create"
4. Fill in according to the characteristics of the component
5. Select "Forward" and the window can then be closed

Change the trade of a component

Purpose

Change the trade of a component.

Background

If a component is assigned to the wrong trade, you can change it quickly and easily. 

How to

1. Log in to the Digital Handover as an Administrator
2. Go to "Components"
3. Select a component
4. Select the tab "Data"
5. Click "Edit"
6. Change the trade in the dropdown menu next to "Trade"
7. Finish with "Update"

Change the status of a component

Purpose

Change the status of a component.

Background

As an administrator, you can easily and quickly change the status of a component - for example, if you need to send it back to a contractor. 

How to

1. Log in to the Digital Handover as an Administrator
2. Go to "Components"
3. Right-click on a component
4. Select "Change status"
5. Select the status you want to change to
6. Click "OK"

Delete a component

Purpose

Delete a component that is not to be used.

Background

As an administrator, you can easily and quickly delete a component.

How to

1. Log in to the Digital Handover as an Administrator
2. Go to "Components"
3. Right-click on a components
4. Select "Delete"
5. Mark all fields
6. Click "OK"
