Terminate and delete a Vault Project

Purpose

Terminate your Vault Project if you do not want to keep your online copy of your data from a RIB Project.  

Background

You can easily cancel your Vault Project when you are logged in to RIB. A terminated Vault Project is deleted after the notice period. 

Things you should be attentive to:

• You can delete a Vault Project if you have created it or if you are a Company Administrator. 
• When you delete your Vault Project, you cancel your subscription to the specific Cault Project at the same time, and all planned sequences will be deleted.
• A terminated Vault Project has a notice period of the current month + 30 days, during which it will be possible to access it and restore it upon cancellation of the notice. After the notice period, the Vault Project will be deleted and after that it will not be possible to recover.

How to

1. Log in to www.rib-software.eu.com
2. Go to applications and then Vault 
3. Click "Delete"
4. Select the Vault Project you want to delete, and click "Delete"
5. The Vault Project will be finally deleted after the current month + 30 days
