Purpose
Grant user access to a Vault project.
Background
Internal and external users can be granted access to a Vault project, for example for examining data in case of doubt and disputes.
Things you should be attentive to
- Only company administrators can assign Vault accesses.
- All company administrators have access to Vault.
How to
Add users to the Vault user database
- Log in to www.rib-software.eu.com
- Go to the tab "Company space"
- Go to the menu "Vault users" (this is only available for Company administrators)
- Click "Add"
- Enter the email address of the user you want to add, and click "Add"
- Select the user in the overview (you can send and invite if the user doesn't show)
- Click "OK"
- Click "OK" again
- The user has been added
Add users to a specific Vault project
- Log in to www.rib-software.eu.com
- Go to the tab "Applications"
- Click "Vault"
- Open your Vault project
- Click "Add user"
- Mark the user you want to add and select role
- Click "OK"
