Start a safety round

Purpose

Start a digital safety round to detect points as you walk around the construction site.

Background

Start a safety round and fill in the data at the measure points. Submit the safety round when you are done so that it is available to other users.

Things you should be attentive to

• Only administrators and registration coordinators can start safety rounds.

How to

1. Open your safety round list
2. Go to the menu "Safety round"
3. Click "Add"
4. Select if you want to add a new draft or if you want to base it on the previous submitted safety round.
5. Enter a name, an inspection date and participants
6. Open the Safety Round and select one of the control points
7. Fill in the fields where the "Level of risk" is mandatory
8. "Save as draft" to finish the list later or "Create safety round" to submit the round

Create fields/measuring points

Purpose

Set up the measuring points for your safety round.

Background

The fields are the measuring points you must go through when making a safety round.

Things you should be attentive to

• Only administrators can set up measuring points.

How to

1. Open your safety round list and go to the menu "Setup":
   1. Select the function "Add" if you want to create a new field
   2. Select the "plus" icon to the left of a field to create a new subfield
   3. Select a field to rename it
   4. The fields can be deactivated and deleted in the right side

Add drawings

Purpose

Add drawings to your safety round so you can register locations for the measuring points and delegate tasks.

Background

You can create sections and add drawings to the sections of your safety round list.

Things you should be attentive to

• Only administrators can add drawings.

How to

1. Open your safety round list
2. Go to the menu "Setup"
3. Select the tab "Drawings"
4. Select the function "Add" over "Sections" and enter a name
5. Mark a section and select the function "Add" over "Drawing"
6. Upload a drawing in image format

Create trades

Purpose

Create trades to assign tasks to contractors.

Background

Trades are used to assign tasks from measuring points to be arranged.

Things you should be attentive to

• Only administrators can create trades.
• If you want to add contractors - Go to this guide.

How to

1. Open your safety round list
2. Go to the menu "Trades"
3. Select the function "Add"
4. Enter the name of the Trade, company name, user and finish with "OK"
