Delegates a task from a safety round

Purpose

Create tasks based on critical measurement points, and send the tasks to the contractors.

Background

When you go through the safety round and find measuring points to be fixed, you can create the tasks immediately.

How to

1. Open your safety round and fill in measurement points
2. Next to the measuring point you want to delegate as tasks, you choose;
   
   1. Contractor(s)
   2. Deadline
   3. Delegate as a task
3. The assignment is sent immediately or after submitting your safety round, depending on which option you choose.

Create a task from the task menu

Purpose

Create tasks based on critical measurement points, and send the tasks to the contractors.

Background

You can create tasks for the contractors if there are things on the construction site that need to be fixed.

How to

1. Open your safety round list
2. Go to the "Tasks" menu
3. Click "Create New"
4. Fill in information
5. Finish with "Send"

Answer tasks

Purpose

Answer tasks for measuring points in a safety round.

Background

A task is sent back and forth between administrators and contractors.
The administrator first delegates the task to one / several contractors, who can then decline or fix the task. Administrator can then send it back to the contractor, or accept and close it.

How to

Contractor - Answer a task

1. Open your safety round list
2. Go to the "Tasks" menu
3. Mark a task
4. Click "Open"
5. Comment and add if necessary a file
6. Finish by "Declining" or "Fixing" the task

Administrator - Close or answer task

1. Open your safety round list
2. Go to the "Tasks" menu
3. Mark a task
4. Click "Open"
5. Comment and add if necessary a file
6. Finish by "Declining" or "Accept and close" the task
