To import a drawing to CoreFM, you need to make a .dwg file. The room information will also be imported.
Areas are imported by polylines. You can not delete or copy the polyline. If you do this, the excisting polyline will be deleted and the line will be overwrited. The old room will be "delete-marked" and the new line will create a new room. You can change the size of a polyline, but not delete it.
You can only use straight line, aches can not be used.
We recommend that you use a test floor, is you have doubts.
Requirements to drawing:
In Autocad you need to create 3 layers with the following information:
- 82_Gros total = Gros area of the floor as drawn with walls (Purple colour)
- 82_Net area = Net area of rooms as drawn by the internal wall (Orange colour)
- 82_ROOM NO. = Unique room number of the area (Green colour)
This is how the drawing should set up:
When the areas are setup, turn off or freeze the layer.
The drawing is now ready for import in CoreFM.
