Create a lease

You can use CoreFM to keep track of your leases. 

It is necessary that the 'Leases' module is activated on the portfolio. 

Create one or more lease groups - How to:

1. Go to "Leases"
2. Mark "Leases"
3. Click "New lease group"
4. Name the group
5. Finish with "Update"

Create a specific lease - How to:

1. Go to "Leases"
2. Open "Leases"
3. Mark the lease group where you want to create the lease
4. Click on "New lease"
5. Enter the address
6. Select if you want common areas in your lease
7. Select if you want to maintain contract automatically (if 'Yes', you will be able to select the tenant)
8. Finish with "Update" 

Select the areas to the lease - How to:

1. Click on the lease
2. Go to the tab "Lease Unit"
3. Select "Own and shared areas"
4. Click "Edit" and then "Add"
5. Select the areas
6. Click "OK"
7. Finish with "OK"
