Distribute common areas

If you have common areas in your leases, you can follow the step by step, to distribute the common areas. 

How to:

1. First, you need to setup the area distribution key to automatically distribute common areas to leases

2. Then you edit the lease's share of the common areas to be defined by the distribution key 

3. Then you define specific rooms to be common areas. You can do this in four different ways:

Option 1: Edit single rooms from a drawing

Option 2: Edit a single room by a list 

Option 3: Mass edit selected rooms

Option 4: Mass edit of all rooms on the site

4. Then you can remove the shared rooms from leases

5. Finish with calculating the new distribution of the common areas with the distribution key
