Create a task from the Connex App

Purpose

Create a task in the Connex App.

Background

Create tasks quickly and efficiently with the Connex App.

Things you should be attentive to

• You must have rights in a communication channel to be able to create tasks. If you are missing rights, contact an administrator.
• You must have the Connex App installed on your smartphone or tablet.

How to

1. Open up the Connex App on your mobile device (smartphone or tablet)
2. Log in with your user (skip this step if you are already logged in)
3. Click on the Connex Project you want to create tasks for.
4. Click the green "+" at the bottom of the screen
5. Select the group and workflow that the task should be created in
   
6. Enter information
7. Click on the send icon in the bottom right corner, to send the task
