Save your entered data

Purpose

Extract a report with your entered data.

Background

As a Contractor, you can pull your entered documentation on components into a single report, or split folder structure per component. 

How to

1. Access the delivery so that you are in the list of assigned components
2. To get documentation of what you have entered, press 'Print' in the bottom left corner
3. Choose how the attached files will be added to the documentation
   1. Attached report (Recommended) = A report will be generated for the whole trade with attachments
   2. Collect files in a zip file = A report will be generated for all attachments divided into trades and components
   3. Inserted into report = A report is generated for the whole trade, with attachments in pdf being inserted
4. Click "Show report"
5. When the report is ready, on the next page you can choose to download the files in a zip file and download a report.
