Roles are used to define which persons and/or teams who are responsible for the areas of the operation on the individual areas of the portfolio.
First you need to define the category of roles.
Create roles - How to:
- Open the module "System information"
- Go to the menu "Settings"
- Select "Settings, areas"
- Select "Roles"
- click on the button "New role"
- Click "Update"
It is not necessarily the same persons who are responsible for the listed categories on the individual areas. This is why the responsible users should be added to the role of the area.
Create person role - How to:
- Open the module "Portfolio"
- Click on a property
- Click on the tab "Overview"
- Click on the button "Create person role"
- Select the role, person and location
- Click "OK"
