Release 7.73 - App vers. 2.8.7

This release has mainly been about error fixes in our applications, but there is also some new and improved functions.

Project

Improvements:

• It is now possible to filter the icon column. The function is only active on Projects with the meta data template “Byggeweb” and is only implemented in the Workspace. It is possible to activate the function on other meta data templates.
• When a user is synchronized, all rights to version set is included.

Error fixes:

• An error caused that the ”Distribute files” function wasn’t active on a coordinator list. This has been fixed.
• An error caused that filtering of fields with drop down menus could not be filtered. This has been fixed.
• An error caused that it was not possible to export a full log. This has been fixed.
• An error caused that the filter ”Recently released file versions” didn’t show any files. This has been fixed.
• An error caused an error report when a user tried to open a file through the filter ”unpublished file versions”. This has been fixed.
• An error caused that project administrator could not add the module ”Project information” in the rights, even though the module was activated. This has been fixed.
• An error caused that it wasn’t possible to discontinue files. This has been fixed.
• An error caused that a wrong file version was previewed. This has been fixed.
• An error caused that IFC files couldn’t be viewed with the Hoops viewer in Internet Explorer. This has been fixed.
• An error caused that the distribution space wasn’t selected automatically in the user rights when a user was assigned the role distribution administrator. This has been fixed.
• An error caused that it wasn’t possible to edit a file on the server. This has been fixed.
• You now get information about files being published after approval in the workspace.

Tender

Improvements:

• There is no improvements in Tender this time.

Error fixes:

• An error caused that the Tender administrator could not start the final submission phase because of the demo tenderer profile. This has been fixed.
• An error caused that zip files wasn’t generated. This has been fixed.
• An error caused that is wasn’t possible to change authorized officer in a flexible tender after the flexible phase has started. This has been fixed.

Capture

Improvements:

• It is now possible to create trades without company names in a Safety Round template.
• The information ”Report generated by” has been removed from Safety Round reports.
• It is now possible to use split view with the Android and the iOS app.
• It is now possible to change contractor of a task that was rejected in a Safety Round.

Error fixes:

• An error caused that the Android app closed down and freezed. This has been fixed.
• A danish translation was missing when deleting a Trade from a Safety Round. This has been fixed.
• An error caused that the Android app freezed when viewing drawings. This has been fixed.
• An error caused that the owner of a registration on a 3-way list wasn’t shown correct. This has been fixed.
• An error caused that the Android app didn’t show any registrations. This has been fixed.
• An error caused that it wasn’t possible to upload existing pictures to registrations from iPad with the iOS app. This has been fixed.
• An error caused that it was not possible to synchronize more than one or two registrations from the app. This has been fixed.
• An error caused problems when creating new sections on drawings. This has been fixed.
• An error caused that reports wasn’t generated. This has been fixed.
• An error caused that the iOS app crashed when using the swipe function. This has been fixed.
• A warning has been changed so you know that you can mark a drawing when there is no drawing attached to a Safety round.
• An error caused that you got an error report when deleting a safety round. This has been fixed.
• A text has been corrected so it says ”Capture” when you request for access.

Portfolio

Improvements:

• The function ”Create new Portfolio” has been improved, so you are led directly to the pop up where you create a new Portfolio.

Error fixes:

• There is no general error fixes.
