Follow this guide, if you need to setup roles of the workflow for your colleagues.
- Select the Workflow, go to the tab Status sequence and press Create
- In “next allowed statuses” mark Created, In progress and Done
- Click on the select button next to Responsible
- Choose a Role, press OK and press Update
- Press Create again
- Under “Status” choose In progress
- In “next allowed statuses” mark Created, In progress and Done
- Press Update
- Press Create again
- Under “Status” choose Done
- In “next allowed statuses” mark Created, In progress and Done
- Press Update and Close Window
