Filtering tasks

You can filter tasks in Insight on three different ways; standard filters, quick filters and user defined filters.

1. Standard filters

In the left side you can easily choose the following filters: 

Alle tasks: Gives an overview of all the tasks, the group you belong to has been involved in regardless of the status

Tasks I need to act on: Gives an overview of all active tasks, the group you belong to owns

Tasks involving me: Gives an overview of all the tasks, the group you belong to has been a part of regardless of the owner

Created by me: Gives an overview of all the tasks, the group you belong to has created

Advanced search: Gives an opportunity to search the content of the tasks, dialog and name of attached documentation

2. Quick filters

In the top under "All tasks" you can choose the following filters:

Overdue: Tasks that are active and deadline is exceeded 

Active: Tasks that are sent and not closed

Draft: Tasks that aren't sent and saved as drafts (Drafts are the only tasks that can be deleted) 

Archived: Tasks that has been sent and is closed less than 7 days ago

3. User defined filters

In the top by the tab "Filter settings" you can create and save your own filter after the following fields: 

Last updated: Select the dateds of the latets update

From: Choose the sender of the task

Status: Select the status of the tasks

Deadline: Select the deadline of the tasks
