You can create an event flow with an external supplier.
To add a company to an CoreFM portfolio, you need to follow the steps below.
Add a company - How to:
- Go to the module "Address book"
- Click on the menu "Companies" and select a company group
- Click "New company"
- Enter the information of the company and click "Create"
To create an event, follow the steps below.
Create an event - How to:
- Go to the module "Planning and executing"
- Select the menu "Executing"
- Click on the button "New event"
- Enter the data
- Click "Update"
To send an event to the supplier, follow the steps below.
Send the event to the supplier - How to:
- Go to the module "Planning and executing"
- Select "Executing"
- Find the event and open it
- Click "Send"
An email is send to the supplier with the content of the event, and with a link to change the status of the event.
