Event flow with external supplier

You can create an event flow with an external supplier. 

To add a company to an iTWOfm portfolio, you need to follow the steps below. 

Add a company - How to:

  1. Go to the module "Address book"
  2. Click on the menu "Companies" and select a company group
  3. Click "New company"
  4. Enter the information of the company and click "Create"



To create an event, follow the steps below.

Create an event - How to:

  1. Go to the module "Planning and executing"
  2. Select the menu "Executing"
  3. Click on the button "New event"
  4. Enter the data
  5. Click "Update"


To send an event to the supplier, follow the steps below.

Send the event to the supplier - How to:

  1. Go to the module "Planning and executing"
  2. Select "Executing"
  3. Find the event and open it
  4. Click "Send" 

An email is send to the supplier with the content of the event, and with a link to change the status of the event.
