Administrator - Set up a Coordinator list


The first step to set up a Coordinator of the Distribution space, is to make a new list or edit an existing Distribution list to a Coordinator list. 

Step by Step:

  1. Login to
  2. Click "Applications" in the blue toolbar
  3. Select the application "Project"
  4. Under "Ongoing Docia Projects" is the list of the Projects you have access to
  5. Open a Project by clicking on its title
  6. Select the Distribution space
  7. Select a Distribution list and click "Edit Distribution list"
  8. Set up "Limited access" to "Coordinator list"
  9. Finish with "OK"
