How do I add a user?

Description:

As an administrator of the Digital Handover, you can invite users and assign the following roles; 
Administrator, Building owner, Observer, Approver and Contractor.

Step by step:

  1. Login to www.rib-software.co.uk and open the Digital Handover
  2. Select "Administrator" access
  3. Select "Users"
  4. Select "Add"
  5. Enter the email adress or the user number of the person you want to add and click "Find user"
  6. When the user is found, click "Forward"
  7. Select the role and optionally contract(s)
  8. Select "Forward"
  9. If the information is correct, click "OK"
