Synchronization fails - How do I export registrations?

Description:

Synchronization errors with new or changed registrations can happen, and there is different reasons like: Lost internet connection, blocking data, etc. 
If you get the following screen print, we recommend that you send an error report to
support@rib-software.dk. This can be done from the head menu in the app. (See related links).

Afterwards you can try the following in order of priority:  

  1. Try again - In most cases a failing synchronization is a one time case
  2. Log out of the app, restart the mobile device, log in and try again
  3. Export all unsynchronized registrations to an e-mail, delete the app and reinstall it

Step by Step - Export unsynchronized registrations (iOS):

  1. Open the app, login and choose the list of the building project
  2. Select the function "Export unsynchronized registrations"
  3. Click "Yes" 

Within a short period of time, the e-mail registered on your user will get all the unsynchronized registrations data (fields, locations and pictures) sent in a .zip file. 

You need to enter the data manually through a web browser afterwards.

Step by Step - Export unsynchronized registrations (Android):

  1. Open the app, login and go to the list with all accessible Capture lists
  2. Click on the icon with the arrow turning down
  3. Select "Export unsynchronized registrations"
  4. Select "OK"

Within a short period of time, the e-mail registered on your user will get all the unsynchronized registrations data (fields, locations and pictures) sent in a .zip file. 

You need to enter the data manually through a web browser afterwards.
