How to download an Excel list of files


It can be beneficial to download an Excel list of files from a Project for further processing and documentation. 

Step by Step:

  1. Login to
  2. Click "Applications" in the blue toolbar
  3. Select the application "Project"
  4. Under "Ongoing Docia Projects" is the list of the Projects you have access to
  5. Open a Project by clicking on its title
  6. Go to the module "Workspace" or "Publication space"
  7. Select "Download file list in Excel" by the top toolbar
  8. Select either "Latest file version" or "All files"
  9. Mark which document lists to be included in the list
  10. Download the Excel list by clicking "Next"
