How to create a folder structure?


The folder structure in Docia Project has some different features and functions according to what area you work in. 

  • Workspace; You can create as many subfolders as you want
  • Publication space; The folder structure is called Document lists and it can have one level of folders
  • Distribution space; The folder structure is reflected by the Publication space but it is called Distribution lists 
  1. Login to
  2. Click "Applications" in the blue toolbar
  3. Select the application "Project"
  4. Under "Ongoing Docia Projects" is the list of the Projects you have access to
  5. Open a Project by clicking on its title and select the module where you want the folder structure changed.
  6. The functions of the folder structure for all three areas, is found in the upper left toolbar.

Step by Step - Workspace:

  • "Create folder"
  • "Rename folder"
  • "Delete folder" (NB! All subfolders and files included will be permanently deleted!)

Step by Step - Publication space:

  • "Create document list"
  • "Edit document list"
  • "Delete document list" (Require that all files in the document list folders is deleted first)
  • "Create folder"
  • "Rename folder"
  • "Delete folder" (NB! All files in the folder will be permanently deleted!)

Step by Step - Distribution space:

  • "Create distribution list"
  • "Edit distribution list"
  • "Delete distribution list"
