How does History and Log work?

Description:

Almost all actions made in Docia Project are logged according to the date and time, and the user and their company.

All history of a file version can be quickly accessed by selecting each file. 

All history of a Project will be logged in the module "Log". You can easily find what you are looking for with different filters. You will also have the ability to extract specific data to Excel for further processing. 

Step by Step - History of file versions:

  1. Login to www.rib-software.co.uk
  2. Click "Applications" in the blue toolbar
  3. Select the application "Project"
  4. Under "Ongoing Docia Projects" is the list of the Projects you have access to
  5. Open a Project by clicking on its title
  6. Select a file
  7. Select a file version
  8. Go to "File log" by the panel at the bottom
  9. Select a file version
  10. Click "Log"

Step by Step - History of a Project:

  1. Go to the module "Log"
  2. Select either a predefined log filter, a user log filter or create a Project log filter
  3. Select "Create log filter" to create a Project log filter
  4. Name the log filter and select what actions it should filter with
  5. A log filter can be exported by "Download log file in Excel"
