How do I add files to a Version set?

Description:

In Docia Project you can manually add files to a Version set. You can add either the latest file version or individual older file versions. 

Step by Step - Add the latest file versions

  1. Login to www.rib-software.co.uk
  2. Click "Applications" in the blue toolbar
  3. Select the application "Project"
  4. Under "Ongoing Docia Projects" is the list of the Projects you have access to
  5. Open a Project by clicking on its title
  6. Navigate to the folder and mark one or more files
  7. Select the function "Add to a Version set" by the top toolbar
  8. Select the Version set(s) you want to add the file versions to
  9. Select "Next" and then "OK"

Step by Step - Add an older file version

  1. Navigate to a foleder and mark a file
  2. Select the tab "File history" by the bottom toolbar
  3. Select the function "VERS. SET"
  4. Select the file version and click "Edit"
  5. Select one or more Version sets and finish with "OK"
