Add files to a Version set

You can add files to Version sets from the Workspace and the Publication space. You can either add the latest file version, or some older file versions - And you can easily change a file version. 

Add the latest file versions - How to:

  1. Open the Project
  2. Navigate to the folder and mark one or more files
  3. Select the function "Add to a Version set" by the top toolbar
  4. Select the Version set(s) you want to add the file versions to
  5. Select "Next" and then "OK"


Add an older file version - How to:

  1. Open the Project
  2. Navigate to a foleder and mark a file
  3. Select the tab "File history" by the bottom toolbar
  4. Select the function "VERS. SET"
  5. Select the file version and click "Edit"
  6. Select one or more Version sets and finish with "OK"
