Change offer before submission


As a tenderer you can change your submitted offer if the Tender hasn't finished yet, and if you have the role as "Authorised officer". 

Step by Step:

  1. Login to
  2. Select the tab "Applications" in the blue toolbar
  3. Select the application "Tender"
  4. Select the Tender under the headline "Ongoing Tenders"
  5. Go to "Tender offer submission" in the left side
  6. Click on "Withdraw tender offer" and afterwards click "OK"
  7. The submitted offer is now removed and can be uploaded and submitted digitally
