Quality control of a component

Purpose

Review completed components.

Background

As a quality controller and approver, you must quality-check the O&M information entered in Digital Handover. 

How to

1. Login to www.rib-software.eu.com
2. Go to the tab "Applications" in the blue toolbar
3. Select the application "Digital Handover" 
4. Open the Digital Handover by clicking on it
5. Select the 'administrator' view in the new window
6. Click on the "Quality Control" menu on the left (A list of the components for which you need to quality control the O&M material will appear here)
7. The components marked "Completed" on the right are those that have been reported ready for quality control by the contractors. To open the card, click on it and a new window will open.
8. Comments can be added to the items in the 'Description' field, which will be displayed to the contractors. In addition, the items can be described overall approved or rejected with the dropdown menus above the description field.
9. In point 6 'Assessment', it is decided whether the component is "Rejected" or "Approved".
