The app seems slow and closes down often?

Description:

Depending on how many lists you have access to and the use of these on your mobile device, the Docia App will contain a lot of data (photos, locations, text fields, etc.) 

This data will in some cases work against actions and create errors when using the app or generally just make the app slow.

There are some different opportunities to overcome these problems. It is recommended that Step 1 is always followed, so that we can debug and optimize the app. 

Step by Step:

1. Step - Please report the problem

  • Open the app and click on the icon "Settings"
  • Select the function "Report a problem"
  • A log is attached to an e-mail with RIB Support as the receiver. Enter the relevant information about the error and send the message.

2. Step - Log out and restart the phone/tablet

  • Open the app and click on the icon "Settings"
  • Select the functions "Log user off"
  • Close the app and restart your phone

3. Step - Clear the cache (NB! Remember to synchronize!)

  • Open the app and click on the icon "Settings"
  • Select the function "Clear cache"
  • Close the app down and reopen it

4. Step - Delete the app (NB! Remember to synchronize!)

  • Delete the app locally on your mobile device
  • Download the app "Docia" from the App Store or the Google Play Store
