How to invite a user?

Description:

As a "Project administrator", you have the opportunity to invite users to a Project. 

Step by Step:

  1. Login to www.rib-software.co.uk
  2. Click "Applications" in the blue toolbar
  3. Select the application "Project"
  4. Under "Ongoing Docia Projects" is the list of the Projects you have access to
  5. Open a Project by clicking on its title
  6. Go to the module "Project administration"
  7. Select the menu "Users"
  8. Select "Add user"
  9. A new window opens where you will see a list of companies with access to the Project and their registered users (You can add one of the users listed here)
  10. Enter the user information and select "Add"
  11. Specify the user rights
