When you click the "Preview" function on a model file in a project, the integrated viewer opens, where you have many features you can use to view the model.
Here you can get an overview of some of the most useful features.
How to find the Preview feature
- Right-click on a file
- Click "Preview"
- The model opens in an integrated viewer and you can now use all the features
Features
1: Here's the feature for model federation, if you want to view multiple model files at once.
2: The "Project Inspector" is where you can easily get an overview of all objects in the model. You can hide and show objects. Below is the "BIM Inspector" where you can see information about an object when you've selected it by clicking on it.
3: In the bottom row is all the model features used for viewing the model from left to right the features a listed; "Orbit", "Look around", "Pan", "Zoom", "Zoom Window", "Zoom to Fit", "Sectioning Mode", "Measuring Mode", "Toggle Isolation" "Project Inspector", "Help" and "Minimize".
4: In the right corner you can find more features for navigation and view. You can move the model by axis, use "Perspective", "Reset camera" and "Disable Ghosting" to view the model in different ways.

Model federation
When you click "Preview" on a model file, the integrated viewer will open and in the left upper corner you can see all models you have access to in the Project. By clicking the little "+"-icon, you can add models to the federated view, and afterwards use the "eye"-icon to hide and show models from the view.
