If your organisation wants to use CoreFM to keep track of which accounts your various tasks should be posted on, this is a possibility.
First you need to create an account. Follow the steps below.
Create an account - How to:
- Select "Economy"
- Mark either "Account" or one of the created accounts, to create a sub-account
- Enter the details
- Finish with "Update"
Add account to tasks - How to:
It is possible to add accounts to various tasks.
- Select "Planning and executing"
- Find the task you want to add to an account
- Go to "Data" and click "Edit"
- Click on the small arrow by "Account number" under the menu "Economy" (scroll down)
- Select the wanted account
- Click "OK"
- Finish with "Update"
Add account to requisition - How to:
It is possible to add accounts to various requisitions:
- Select "Planning and executing"
- Find the task you want to add to a requisition
- Go to "Time and economy", select "Requisitions" and click "Add"
- Click on the small arrow by "Account number" under the menu Economy (scroll down)
- Select the wanted account
- Click "OK"
- Enter the data
- Finish with "Update"
