Create an account

If your organisation wants to use iTWOfm to keep track of which accounts your various tasks should be posted on, this is a possibility. 

First you need to create an account. Follow the steps below.

Create an account - How to:

  1. Select "Economy"
  2. Mark either "Account" or one of the created accounts, to create a sub-account 
  3. Enter the details
  4. Finish with "Update"

Add account to tasks - How to:

It is possible to add accounts to various tasks.

 

  1. Select "Planning and executing"
  2. Find the task you want to add to an account 
  3. Go to "Data" and click "Edit"
  4. Click on the small arrow by "Account number" under the menu "Economy" (scroll down)
  5. Select the wanted account
  6. Click "OK"
  7. Finish with "Update"

Add account to requisition - How to:

It is possible to add accounts to various requisitions: 

  1. Select "Planning and executing"
  2. Find the task you want to add to a requisition
  3. Go to "Time and economy", select "Requisitions" and click "Add"
  4. Click on the small arrow by "Account number" under the menu Economy (scroll down)
  5. Select the wanted account
  6. Click "OK"
  7. Enter the data
  8. Finish with "Update"
